- One draped table and two chairs will be provided and space will be allotted in the main conference exhibitor area based on availability.
- Access to each keynote address on Monday, April 16th and Tuesday, April 17th.
- A gourmet breakfast AND lunch Buffet on Monday, Apirl 16th and Tuesday, April 17th.
- Listing on the Exhibitors page on the WILB website with a direct link to your company.
- Your company logo under the Exhibitors section in the printed conference program.
- A copy of the full delegate list with all contact information.
- Invitation to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 15th.
- All sales of any services, products, books, etc. are kept by the exhibitor.
- Access to the preferred conference hotel rates.

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
Exhibitor space will be allocated on a first come first served basis beginning with Platinum sponsors, then Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors.
Set up on Sunday, April 15th begins at 2:00 p.m. with all exhibitor displays needing to be completed no later than 7:00 a.m. Monday, April 16th and take down must be completed at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018. Each exhibitor is responsible for set up, take down and clean up of their area. The conference is not responsible for exhibitors’ area, products or materials. Please note that delegate Swag bags are available to attendees attending for one or more full conference days.
All exhibitor payments after January 6, 2018 are non-refundable.
