North Movement Studio is a boutique Pilates studio in Midtown Toronto that offers a variety of group mat, equipment circuit, speciality classes, and private sessions. Equipped with a love for teaching, an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, and a spark for connecting with people, Anna approaches movement from a holistic perspective. With over 15 years of teaching experiences, she enriches all of her classes and private sessions with clarity, creativity, and humour.
