WiLB & B2L Move Women Leaders Of All Ages Forward.

The 10th annual Women in Leadership and Business (WiLB) Conference is a national 2.5-day interactive conference being held at White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa, in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, from April 15-17, 2018. The platform of the conference is Grow your Business and Advance your Career and this year’s theme is STRETCH: Rethink What You Need to Succeed and Do More with What You Already Have.

Our Why

We believe when women find their strength, leverage the strength of others, level-up their leadership skills, build networks, and grow communities, the world is a better place.  We offer a conference and community where women leaders of all stages in their leadership journey come to learn, grow, and connect so they can confidently advance their careers and grow their businesses. And we do it to raise-up our future leaders by shattering barriers that exist in our world today.
